We recommend arriving with a light layer of base makeup if it's part of your regular routine. However, if you typically don't wear makeup, please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Please do not come with a full face of makeup, as it may affect the accuracy of the color analysis on your skin. Additionally, opt for low-collar tops and consider wearing natural contact lenses to aid in the analysis. For those services that include a makeup pouch analysis, please bring your most frequently used products, such as foundation, concealer, eyeshadow, lip products, or blush. If you need to touch up your makeup after the consultation, do remember to bring them along too.
Most places conducting color analysis usually ask customers to remove all makeup. Why do we need to wear light makeup for our session?

At LUMINYS88, we recommend a light layer of makeup as it is part of your image if you wear it regularly. Having a light layer of base makeup on allows us to still see your flaws/blemishes and allows the analyst to check if you are wearing the correct shade every day. If the shade of makeup you are using differs too much from your natural skin tone, you will be asked to remove your makeup.
